Essential sessions
Administrator login uses a Better Auth session cookie with a maximum session duration of eight hours. Signing out terminates the server session. The cookie uses HttpOnly and SameSite protections, with Secure enabled over HTTPS. Session information is used for secure access rather than advertising.
Temporary form drafts
An incomplete request draft is kept temporarily in sessionStorage. It survives refreshes within the same tab and is removed after a successful submission or when you clear it. Uploaded files themselves are not stored there. Clear the draft after use on shared devices.
Analytics and advertising
This version uses no visitor analytics, marketing or advertising cookies. If optional tools are introduced, their legal requirements must be evaluated and tools requiring consent must remain inactive until valid consent has been given.

Instagram, WhatsApp and map links open third-party sites, whose own privacy and cookie practices apply. The map is not automatically embedded from a third-party server.
