Request and appointment confirmation
Submitting the form does not confirm an appointment, take payment, conclude a service contract or guarantee a particular date. Date, time, practitioner, design and price are agreed separately with the studio. This website does not collect deposits or payments.
Accurate information and references
Provide accurate contact details and share only reference images you have permission to submit. Do not send another person’s identity, health or intimate information. A reference does not constitute a commitment to copy another artist’s work exactly.
Changes and cancellation
Contact info@houseinktattoo.com or +90 539 355 07 47 to change or withdraw a request. A tattoo appointment is confirmed with a deposit, which is deducted from the total and set during the consultation. The date can be moved once free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment; for cancellations within 48 hours or missed appointments the deposit is not refunded. Piercing and dermal need no deposit.
Content and intellectual property
Unauthorised commercial use of the HOUSE.INK logo and website copy is not permitted. Rights in photographs and works are assessed individually. These terms do not claim ownership of third-party images or works.
Applicable law
Mandatory provisions of the law of Türkiye apply. Consumer rights under Law No. 6502 and applicable regulations remain reserved. These terms do not remove statutory remedies or rights.
